Profound Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and Technical Understanding:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles relevant to the testing and commissioning process.

  • Interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications related to equipment and systems being tested and commissioned.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of technical data, including specifications, drawings, test reports, and other relevant documentation.

Analytical Skills:

  • Analyze technical documents and data to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or gaps.

  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of documentation related to testing and commissioning activities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve documentation processes and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Familiarity with Excel:

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently to organize, manage, and analyze data related to testing and commissioning activities.

  • Create spreadsheets and databases to track document versions, revisions, and approvals.

  • Generate reports and summaries using Excel functions to present information effectively to stakeholders.

Good Time Management and Coordination Skills:

  • Manage the flow of documentation efficiently, ensuring timely distribution and retrieval of documents as required.

  • Coordinate with testing and commissioning teams, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather, update, and distribute documentation.

  • Maintain an organized documentation system, including electronic and physical filing systems, to facilitate easy access and retrieval of documents.

Team Player:

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support the testing and commissioning process.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with team members to ensure alignment on documentation requirements and timelines.

  • Provide assistance and support to colleagues as needed to accomplish project objectives and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
