PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER - APAC
Strada Pay is a dynamic cloud-based payroll calculation engine that continuously recalculates payroll, delivering updated results instantly in response to changes. Featuring SOC1 compliance controls and a comprehensive dashboard, it eliminates high pressure processing, minimizes processing downtime and maximizes data input time. Built-in defensive queries and anomaly detection ensure increased payroll accuracy by proactively identifying potential payroll infringement. The intelligent solution reimagines the payroll process and is designed with the needs of today and the reality of tomorrow in mind. Set to be available in numerous countries worldwide by the end of the year with more planned on the 2025 roadmap, the solution is set to disrupt payroll as we know it today, with innovation at its core.
As part of this product roadmap, here lies an opportunity for an experienced Senior Team Manager to join our team. You will oversee a team of implementation consultants on implementations of Strada Pay within their designated country and ensure successful implementation of our solution.
Team Manager key responsibilities:
Manage a team of Strada Pay Implementation Consultants to drive successful implementations of the Strada Pay solution
Ensure regular cadence of 1-1s, CPM update, mentoring and supporting the team
Manage team capacity and workload management.
Drive adoption of the Strada standards & adoption of methodologies, systems, tools and deliverables
Ensure that the function delivers effective support in accordance with the expected performance outcomes and that it provides the support to underpin the delivery of implementations.
Develop and maintain a continuous improvement cycle that looks to share lessons learned and best practice and continuously improve processes, procedures, tools and templates.
Responsible for performance management and development of team members
Provide day to day management of team members in line with global and local country policies and procedures.
Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organizational information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication.
Ensures team members are appropriately trained and mentored in their role to deliver implementations as planned and to a high-quality standard.
Skills / Experience required
5 plus years' experience in managing a functional consulting/analytical team within a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Understanding of the implementation processes and industry-standard software configuration methods.
Effective consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills, with experience communicating and presenting to executive leadership.
Solid interpersonal skills to develop cooperative relationships to achieve results, build mutual trust and encourage respect and cooperation among team members
Good standard level of English
