We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Cook/ Kitchen Assistant to join our growing family at both our upcoming outlets in the Orchard area.

Duties may include:

  • Handle food preparation- such as frying and deep frying of food as per standard recipes and operating procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate portioning and serving size for waste control.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and upkeep of cooking equipment.
  • Handle cleaning of the dining area and kitchen
  • Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.

Requirement:

  • Minimum secondary school education.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience working in the kitchen.

  • Team player

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Singaporean and Permanent Residence only (no quota for working permit)
