As a GP Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensure adherence to workflows, processes, healthcare regulations, and support audit/licensing activities.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate clinic assistants; manage scheduling, rostering, timesheets, and leave while contributing to hiring and onboarding.
  • Act as the escalation point for staff and patients, handling concerns, complaints, and disputes professionally to maintain service quality.
  • Coordinate with laboratories, radiology providers, and suppliers; manage inventory, reconcile invoices, and minimize wastage/expired stock.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to improve workflows, support operations initiatives, and perform additional assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic/healthcare operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred
