Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Alternate Saturday 9am - 1pm
1 Month Contract, extendable
Responsible for day-to-day facilities management support to ensure smooth building operations, vendor coordination, compliance, and workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Manage consumables and office supplies.
• Liaise with vendors/service providers, raise service requests, track PPM schedules.
• Support procurement (quotations, POs, invoices).
• Handle workplace requests, office moves, and events.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Assist with fire drills, incident reporting, and PTW documentation.
• Maintain records, reports, and dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years relevant experience.
• Strong vendor/stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of M&E, cleaning, security is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
