Contract Duration: 3 Months (Option to Extend Another 3 Months)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week


About the Role

We are looking for a Project Site Officer to oversee renovation works and ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and tender specifications. You will work closely with contractors and internal teams to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor project progress, highlight issues or delays, and support timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Manage and coordinate office relocation activities, including packing, unpacking, and setup.
  • Support project handover and ensure requirements are met.

Requirements
  • Diploma or relevant certification in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in renovation site supervision or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Singapore building codes and safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
