Operating as a specialized design house and authorized distributor of power modules and power integrated circuit (IC) solutions, they are known for delivering customized power conversion technologies (DC/DC and AC/DC converters) for a wide range of industries such as telecommunications, medical, transportation, industrial automation, data processing, and test equipment.

The company provides end-to-end support, including solution design, quality assurance testing, regional logistics, and post-sales service for global manufacturing partners.

The Job

  • Serve as the primary technical authority and subject matter expert for the assigned power IC product line.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation such as application notes, whitepapers, and design-in guides to support customer adoption.
  • Deliver advanced technical support to key customers and the sales team, addressing complex application challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams across Europe and the USA to ensure product alignment with application requirements.
  • Act as the customer's technical advocate by collecting and communicating detailed feedback to engineering and marketing teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience in power semiconductor applications and circuit design.
  • Passionate about solving customer challenges and driving design wins through technical support.
  • Skilled in conveying complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including customers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independently identifying technical opportunities and driving initiatives to completion.

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in semiconductor product management
  • Experience with power electronics or Power ICs would be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required due to frequent coordination with China-based suppliers and stakeholders.
