As a Creative & Social Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving Zeno Singapore's creative and social capabilities as part of our integrated comms offering, helping current and prospective clients go beyond traditional public relations. In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking with cutting-edge creativity to sell and deliver solutions in social media, paid media, data and analytics, design, and content, among other creative services. You will work with a global organization with a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment. You will inspire teams, build relationships with clients, and champion a culture of innovation and excellence. With presence in North America, Europe, and Asia, Zeno provides you with real hands-on experience while allowing you to work on multi-market accounts and tap into a huge array of global resources.

Business Development & Client Relations

• Lead the development of creative proposals and pitches that showcase Zeno's broad capabilities.
• Partner with the public relations teams to identify opportunities for creative services and sell innovative solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their goals and align them with Zeno's creative expertise.
  

Social Strategy & Execution

• Lead the research and planning for integrated and social-led campaigns through the development of brand, campaign, and channel strategies
• Manage and grow Zeno Singapore's portfolio of social accounts
• Work with the creative team to ideate and create current, compelling, and impactful content that is platform-optimized
• Develop and implement high-impact creator programmes that will be a core offering and growth driver for Zeno Singapore
• Lead a hybrid team of communications, social, and creative professionals to deliver high-quality output and positive client outcomes
• Lead the development of frameworks to respond to client communications and business needs
• Contribute to team and agency growth by working closely with (insert role) to support and, where necessary, lead new business efforts
  

Creative Strategy & Execution

• Oversee the development of creative strategies across social media, paid media, data, analytics, design, and content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Translate complex client needs into compelling, multi-platform creative campaigns.
  

Leadership & Collaboration

• Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation thrive.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of creative services.
• Act as a hands-on creator, driving high-quality creative work while shaping the vision for Zeno's creative services.
• As the creative business grows, recruit, develop, and lead a team of designers, content creators, and strategists to scale the business.
• Ensure the creative team maintains excellence and innovation as the portfolio expands.
  

Industry Expertise & Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in creative services.
• Introduce and implement new methodologies, platforms, and strategies to keep Zeno ahead of the curve.
