Wed to Sat - 12pm-3pm cafe, 6pm-12am bar

Sun 11am - 5pm

Job Scope:

  • Collaborate with the team to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage daily kitchen operations efficiently.
  • Take responsibility for food preparation, stock management, and ensuring timely service.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure adherence to food hygiene standards and workplace safety regulations.
  • Support the Head Chef in cost control, quality assurance, and training of new kitchen staff.

Requirement

  • Candidate with relevant experience will have added advantage
