About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Staff to join our team at Green Engineering and Services LLP in Defu Industrial Park, North-East Region. This is a contract role that will provide crucial support to our office operations and various departments.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and route them to the appropriate team members
  3. Assist with the organization and coordination of meetings and events
  4. Maintain and update office supplies and inventory
  5. Support administrative projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
