10 Design, part of Egis' Architecture Line, is a global architecture and master planning practice.

A dynamic team of 400 architects and designers are strategically located across three regional headquarters in London, Hong Kong, and San Francisco, and six additional studios in pivotal global markets – Dubai, Edinburgh, Miami, Dallas, Shenzhen, and Singapore.

10 Design operates at various scales, navigating the design of individual buildings to the intricate planning of entire cities, prioritising economic and social responsibility in its multicultural projects. Following a successful merger with SB Architects in July 2022, 10 Design will continue to expand its global influence under a singular banner but will operate as 10SB for an interim period in the Americas.

Job Description

We are offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive Associate to join our studio based in Singapore. If you have architectural and project management experience, and are passionate about working on exciting international projects in a dynamic design led environment we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must have:

  • Minimum 8 years relevant postgraduate working experience, preferably with SEA project experience;
  • Degree in Architecture from an internationally recognised university;
  • Experience in managing the production and coordination of information for each of the work stages through to project competition;
  • Experience in contract administration for large scale projects and front-end client / consultant interaction;
  • Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design;
  • Technical planning experience is highly beneficial;
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft letters, reports, presentations and proposals;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
