About the role
Rezeca Renewables Pte. Ltd., a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking a talented Residential Solar Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are enthusiastic about sustainability and keen to learn the ropes of solar sales. You will primarily assist the Sales Manager in preparing proposals and handling administrative tasks, while gaining hands-on experience through shadowing and structured training.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the Sales Manager in preparing customized solar proposals, quotations, and presentations for residential clients.
- Conducting site assessments and evaluating the solar energy potential of residential properties
- Designing customised solar energy solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales to secure new residential solar installations
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers throughout the installation process
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the latest solar technology, industry trends, and government incentives
- Collaborating with the engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
What we're looking for
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales
- Strong technical knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable solutions
