We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Banking Sales Manager to lead our acquisition efforts in the offshore market. As a key member of our Commercial Banking Cash Team, you will be responsible for acquiring new-to-bank foreign owned and offshore incorporated entities, driving revenue growth, and capturing customer wallet share by identifying opportunities to cross-sell other services and products offered by the Bank.

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire New Business Accounts: Responsible for acquiring new-to-bank, foreign-owned and offshore incorporated entities, and supporting them in the setup of corporate bank accounts. Conduct Due Diligence and KYC: Ensure thorough Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks are performed prior to onboarding new customers, guaranteeing compliance with mandatory banking policies and procedures. Introduce Banking Products and Services: Promote the Bank's suite of banking products and services to potential and existing customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition. Identify Cross-Selling and Up-Selling Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other services and products, referring these opportunities to relevant teams to capture additional revenue.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial banking, with at least 1 year in a sales or business development role
3. Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and growing
4. revenue in the commercial banking space
5. Strong knowledge of cash management products and services, including account opening, payment, and collection solutions
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements 10.Experience working with offshore incorporated entities and understanding of their cash management needs
11. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
