Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Management Executive (B2B) to support product planning and business development across our Group's network. You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint by implementing our 3M strategy – Multi-Product, Multi-Brand, Multi-Category – and driving the promotion and growth of premium and proprietary brands.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and share product, pricing, and development updates across the Group
  • Liaise with principals on new product developments and identify new business opportunities
  • Track market trends, gather performance feedback, and support proprietary brand growth
  • Compile and analyse Group volume data to prepare business plans and recommendations
What We're Looking For:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or Supply Chain Management
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in Product Planning (B2B), Brand Management, or Business Development
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or data analysis tools is a plus
  • Strong interest in market research, data analysis, and business strategy
  • Comfortable in a deskbound role with occasional overseas travel
  • Passion for the automotive industry is an advantage
