Job title: Production Manager (PCBA/SMT)

Our client is establishing a new PCBA production facility in Singapore and is hiring a hands-on Production Manager to lead day-to-day factory operations.
You will own Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC), and People development across SMT and back-end (hand insertion, wave/selective, rework, test & pack), partnering closely with Production Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales to meet customer commitments.
【 Responsibilities 】
-Own daily results (safety, quality, delivery, cost) and hit output/on-time targets; turn orders into clear line, capacity, and staffing plans.
-Lift SMT/PCBA productivity: balance lines, cut changeovers, keep programs/feeders ready, and have materials kitted on time with Supply Chain.
-Track and improve key metrics (OEE, first-pass yield, defects, downtime, WIP, scrap/rework, takt, inventory accuracy, right-first-time).
-Run simple, daily shop-floor control: gemba walks, quick huddles, fast issue escalation, change control, and clear production reports/recovery plans.
-Lead the team (hire, train, certify, multi-skill), keep to IPC/ESD/5S standards, manage ERP basics (work orders, yields, scrap), and handle audits/8D with customers.

【 Requirement 】
(Must)
-3+ years in PCBA/EMS manufacturing with leading production
-Strong command of SMT operations (printer, mounter, reflow) and downstream assembly/test
-Experience in production planning & control (capacity, scheduling, WIP control), and daily shop-floor leadership.
-Ability to communicate in English and Chinese to liaise with shop-floor teams and suppliers.
-Experience in Japanese or MNC manufacturing factory
