Location: East

Contract: 1 Year

Salary: Up to S$3,500/month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support operations of the flexible benefits program, including annual tax reporting, insurance matters, and employee inquiries.
  • Manage and process WICA cases, including filing incident reports and coordinating claims.
  • Conduct periodic audits of flexible benefits claims and leave applications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Process medical bills from panel clinics and hospitals, ensuring timely payments and accurate billing.
  • Oversee leave management and related employee benefits (e.g., birthday leave scheme).
  • Assist with procurement activities for the division in line with internal policies.
  • Monitor and track departmental budget utilization for purchases and expenditures.
  • Participate in UAT activities and perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Able to handle WICA cases and insurance/benefits claims.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, reports, and documentation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
