We're seeking a dynamic and skilled IT professional to join our forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities :


• To develop and deploy AI/ML products

• Collaborate with data scientists, developers and engineers to transform AI/ML prototypes into scalable solutions via containerisation (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker) or Dataiku

• Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLMs, RAG and agentic workflows

• Build scalable AI pipelines, APIs and services to integrate AI/ML models with our existing enterprise systems where applicable

• Train, evaluate, optimise, monitor and maintain deployed AI/ML models and data pipelines to ensure performance, accuracy and reliability

• Lead the enhancement of AI/MLOps process by leveraging industry best practices

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML and identify areas of opportunities to harness these technologies to improve our business offerings or enhancing performance of AI products

Specific Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
  • Strong understanding of AI/MLOps practices and tools
  • Experience with deploying (and troubleshooting) AI solutions using various tools and platforms, including containers via tools such as Redhat Openshift Container Platform and Docker
  • Knowledge of GPU cluster architecture and ability to optimise workloads such as LLM inferencing in both Windows and Linux environments
  • Proficient in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers) and Programming Languages (Python, Javascript)
