ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customersEnsuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints.To act as a representative at industry trade shows, conferences and events, and be required to speak at such events when required.Responsible for managing customer data and coordinating with other departments to provide optimal customer service.
