Job Description

Mandatory Skill(s):

-  ITC or Diploma in IT, Electronic, AV integration, or building systems.;

-  Preferably 1 to 2 years experience working in a System Integration Environment;

-  Hands-on experience in Project Implementation and Project Maintenance;

-  Possess good oral and written communication skill;

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain detailed service logs, PM records, and asset documentation.

· Troubleshoot faults and perform repairs with minimal downtime.

· Support vendor coordination, contract scoping, and board-level asset roll-ups.

· Maintain playback systems, amplifiers, DSPs, microphones, and LED walls.

· Document custom wiring, firmware versions, and non-standard configurations.

· Perform quarterly preventive maintenance with asset-level checklists.

· Document wiring topologies, device locations, and compatibility notes.
