About the role

Join the dynamic sales and marketing team at ROYAL ORG PTE LTD' as an Event Sales and Marketing professional. This full-time role is based in Raffles Place Central Region and will see you play a key part in the company's strategic growth plans.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company's event services
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and other sales materials to secure new business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the events industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for the events industry and a drive to succeed
