• Craft hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements with confidence and care
• Provide warm, personalised service to walk-in customers
• Offer basic wedding consultations and handle event enquiries professionally
• Assist with event setups and simple floral installations when required
• Maintain store cleanliness, floral displays, and stock organisation
• Operate POS systems and handle daily sales transactions accurately
• Support housekeeping duties and ensure a welcoming store environment

• Communicates clearly, confidently, and respectfully with customers
• Listens well and can offer thoughtful product recommendations
• Remains calm and patient when handling complaints or busy periods
• Works well with others and is always ready to lend a hand when needed
• Maintains a professional, clean appearance at all times
• Is detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping the store neat and organised
• Is adaptable, resilient, and able to take on varied duties as required

• Prior experience in floral arrangement or retail floristry is preferred
• Able to work independently to create bouquets and floral designs
• Comfortable handling wedding / event enquiries and simple setups
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and stand for extended hours
• Experience with POS systems and basic technology is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and grow with a positive, can-do attitude
