We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Plant Design Production Team as Floral Artist / Florist Designer. This role involves crafting elegant floral plant arrangement designs that reflect the company's standards of beauty and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and assemble Phalaenopsis orchid arrangements
- Design and decorate tabletop plants and mini bonsai displays
- Perform basic plant care and maintenance
- Assist in production, organisation, and packaging of floral products
Requirements :
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Genuine interest in flowers and willingness to learn
- Positive work attitude, meticulous, and patient
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable
- Good manual dexterity for fine, detailed work
- Able to stand for extended periods and carry items of 5–10kg
- Willing to work on weekends and during festive seasons
Preferred :
- Experience in floristry, handicrafts, or retail
- Strong sense of aesthetics and design appreciation
