About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at our store located in the vibrant Orchard Central region. As a part-time Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing transactions
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
  • Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive brand experience
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the store

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a well-presented store
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • A friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
