What the role is

You are responsible for the effectiveness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in a formation by analysing safety performance, conducting internal audits, and managing safety policies across all sub-units.

What you will be working on

  • Manage OHS policies
  • Conduct safety audits
  • Oversee Unit Safety Officers and Institute Safety Officers
  • Handle safety investigations
    Challenge(s)
  • Having in-depth understanding of the various safety policies in the Army

What we are looking for

  • At least 15 years of Army service is preferred
  • Independent working ability
  • Self-motivated
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in team
