Overview
What the role is: You are responsible for the effectiveness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in a formation by analysing safety performance, conducting internal audits, and managing safety policies across all sub-units.
Responsibilities
Manage OHS policies
Conduct safety audits
Oversee Unit Safety Officers and Institute Safety Officers
Handle safety investigations
Challenge: Having in-depth understanding of the various safety policies in the Army
What we are looking for
At least 15 years of Army service is preferred
Independent working ability
Self-motivated
Good communication and writing skills
Ability to work effectively in team
