TRANS Family Services is a non-profit organization providing social services since 1979. We have 6 centres across Singapore providing services supporting families in need. TRANS FOCUS Active Ageing Centre, located at Bukit Timah is a centre that promotes elder wellness and active ageing.
About The Role
The role of a Programme Executive/Associate of the TRANS FOCUS Active Ageing Centre is to develop and implement a host of programmes promoting active ageing in the community. The incumbent is expected to actively outreach and engage seniors who may be socially isolated in the community. In addition, he or she has to collaborate with volunteers and community partners in delivering a range of services.
We are looking for individuals who are excellent team players, passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and to help them age in place.
Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:
'A' Levels or Polytechnic Diploma
0-3 years of relevant working experience
Good command of the English language
Core Competencies:
Ability in engaging and building rapport with seniors
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability in being organised and systematic at work
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
Passion in working with seniors
Intergrity,diligence, humility
Excellent team player
Adapts well to changes
Location:
West
