Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations between the FNP Cakes Mandai production unit and the operations team at This role ensures smooth order processing, timely dispatch, accurate documentation, and efficient communication between the kitchen, drivers, and the customer service team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as the key link between FNP Cakes Mandai operations and the team for all order-related matters.

  • Coordinate daily production schedules with the kitchen team to align with dispatch requirements.
  • Communicate order changes, cancellations, or delivery updates promptly to relevant departments.

  • Dispatch Management:

  • Oversee the dispatch section, ensuring all cakes are properly packed, labeled, and ready for collection by drivers.

  • Schedule and track deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and accurate delivery completion.
  • Verify that delivery documents (invoices, delivery orders, etc.) are accurate and complete.

  • Inventory & Logistics Support:

  • Monitor packaging materials and dispatch supplies to avoid shortages.

  • Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for restocking when needed.
  • Assist in basic inventory reconciliation related to dispatch materials.

  • System & Documentation:

  • Update daily dispatch reports and order tracking sheets.

  • Support the use of inventory and order management software to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and company SOPs during handling and dispatch.

  • Team Support:

  • Supervise dispatch assistants and ensure proper workflow during peak hours.

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
