The ideal candidate will have a passion for cake artistry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality designs for a wide range of cakes, including custom, themed, and celebration cakes. Key Responsibilities: Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and pastries using fondant, buttercream, ganache, and other mediums. Create custom and themed cakes based on client orders and design briefs. Prepare decorative elements such as flowers, figurines, and toppers. Ensure consistency in quality, finishing, and presentation standards. Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute orders on schedule. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the decorating area. Assist in new design development and product innovation for seasonal collections. Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times. Requirements: Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident . Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cake decorating or pastry arts. Strong skills in fondant work, piping, and custom cake finishing. Creative flair with an eye for color, balance, and presentation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
