Warehouse Supervisor

• Lead, train the export operations team to achieve performance and service targets.
• Oversee daily operations - Inbound, Storage, 2nd process packing, Pick and Pack, Booking confirmation, air waybill (AWB), Bill of Lading (BL), manifest checking and document accuracy.
• Manage communication with shipping lines, customers, and oversee agents to resolve issues, delays or disputes promptly and professionally.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to ensure on time cargo delivery and smooth documentation flow.
• Implement (SOP) and ensure compliance with carrier, custom and internal requirement.
• Review export documentation accuracy to maintain operation efficiency
• Report to management on team performance, issues and improvement opportunities.
• Make decision independently to maintain service standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export operation or logistics company, including at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of export shipping procedures, documentation, and port operations.
• Good understanding of international trade regulations and incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Navision system and Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an added advantage.
• PSA Forklift license
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive and ability to work independently under pressure.
