The Senior Warehouse & Logistic Personnel is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods. This role supports the Warehouse Supervisor in leading a small team, maintaining proper inventory control, and ensuring that all warehouse processes adhere to company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

·       Supervise and assist in daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

·       Ensure accurate stock management and timely update of inventory records in the system.

·       Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly or quarterly inventory audits.

·       Oversee loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

·       Monitor team performance and provide guidance or training to junior warehouse staff.

·       Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.

·       Coordinate with logistics and retail operations to meet delivery schedules.

·       Report discrepancies, damages, or any operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

·       Assist in process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

·       Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

·       At least 3–5 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in retail or FMCG environment.

·       Hands-on experience with inventory management systems or WMS.

·       Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling when necessary.

·       Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·       Good communication and teamwork abilities.

·       Forklift license or certification is an added advantage.
