About the role
Addvalue Innovation Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Product Reliability Engineer to join our team in the Bedok East Region. As a Product Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge mechanical engineering products. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on innovative technology and contribute to the company's continued success.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting thorough product testing and analysis to identify and mitigate potential failures or performance issues
- Developing and implementing reliability testing protocols and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret test data and provide recommendations for product improvements
- Documenting test results and maintaining comprehensive reliability records
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and production teams
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product reliability engineering
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Reliability Engineer or in a similar role within the mechanical engineering industry
- Solid understanding of product reliability engineering principles, including FMEA, HALT, HASS, and other reliability testing methodologies
- Proficiency in using statistical analysis tools and software to interpret and present data
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
