Office Location: 158 Cecil Street, Singapore

Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

  1. E-Commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies, with a focus on marketplace platforms, to drive brand growth.
  2. Brand Consistency: Ensure local teams adhere to regional strategies and guidelines for brand consistency.
  3. Growth Opportunities: Identify key opportunities and drivers for online growth, and review campaign efforts with local teams.
  4. Industry Insights: Track and test best industry practices with local teams, and provide precise and accurate reports to stakeholders.
  5. Sales Capability Development: Support local business units in sales capabilities, encouraging a culture of innovation.

Requirements 工作经验&背景

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years experience managing e-commerce channels (e.g., TikTok, Lazada, Shopee) for brands and platform account management.

  • Skills:

  • Proficient understanding of marketplace platforms.

  • Strong data analytical skills and ability to identify key growth opportunities.

  • Collaborative team player capable of delivering under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Language: Proficient in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.

  • Travel Frequency: Ability to travel once per quarter within APAC region.
