Working Hour: 12-hour shift work
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Assistant to join our diverse Etch Process Department team . In this role, you will support Engineers in sustaining and improving processes, ensuring smooth production operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Be Working On:
- Support Engineers in sustaining and improving process integrity and Cpk indices to meet operations goals.
- Perform 12-hour rotating shift duties to ensure smooth production operations and process integrity of machines.
- Assist in the qualification, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting of processes for production.
- Minimize lot hold time by addressing process-related issues effectively.
- Monitor and enhance qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools.
- Coordinate with Specialists to ensure efficiency, adherence to SOPs, and achievement of module objectives.
- Support process improvement projects and contribute to productivity and quality initiatives (10k Idea, LSS, BKM programs).
What We're Looking For
- ITC / NTC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics, or Chemical Process Technology.
- 2–5 years of working experience in the electrical / electronics industry preferred.
- Willingness and ability to perform 12-hour shifts work.
Strong team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
