Singapore Encompasse Full time $30,000 - $60,000 per year

What you'll do:

* Lead and guide participants through games, challenges, and activities

* Help participants feel included, supported, and part of the team

* Work closely with the event team to keep things running smoothly

* Assist with setup, teardown, and logistics

Success in this role looks like:

* Participants having fun and leaving the event smiling

* Groups feeling engaged and cared for

* A safe and smooth event with support from the team

Must-have skills:

* Clear communication

* Confidence interacting with people

* Observant and able to respond to group needs

* Team player mindset

Nice-to-have:

* Experience with camps, coaching, facilitation, teaching, or events

WORK DETAILS

* Engagement: Part-time / freelance / project-based
