**Freelance Onsite Facilitators
As a Freelance Facilitator, your main responsibility will be to assist the instructor during workout sessions, ensuring that all protocols are followed effectively. This position offers flexible availability and location options, including the possibility of a permanent assignment.

$20/Session (1hr)

**Key Responsibilities:
**Event Preparation**:
Ensure all materials and logistics are ready before the event starts.

**Participant Liaison**:
Serve as a point of contact between the instructor and participants

**Registration Management**:
Oversee participant registration for the exercise program using 365APPS.

**Session Promotion**:
Provide information on upcoming sessions to encourage participant enrollment

**Session Execution**:
Ensure the session runs smoothly with mínimal disruptions.

**Participant Well-Being**:
Continuously monitor and attend to the well-being of participants

**Crowd Control**:
Manage crowd dynamics as needed to maintain a safe environment.

**Requirements**:
Strong observational skills

Excellent time management

Willingness to travel island-wide

Positive attitude and approachability

Experience in crowd control
