About the Role

This is a part-time Digital Marketing position with Floorflex Pte Ltd, a leading provider of flooring solutions in the Woodlands. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase online sales. Additionally, you will create compelling job postings and craft engaging bios to enhance our brand presence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to attract and retain customers.

  • Monitor and analyze website and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

  • Craft job postings that effectively communicate role expectations, responsibilities, and company values.

  • Write bios for company leadership, team members, and brand storytelling to enhance Floorflex's digital presence.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in using various marketing tools and platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience with content writing, including bios and job postings, is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the home improvement or construction industry is preferred.
