**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Focus on planning, taking, and editing photos and videos.
- Schedule posts and videos across various social media platforms to maximize engagement and impact.
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize content performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
- Manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer collaborations).
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Min 2 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong copywriting, graphic design, and video-editing skills.
- Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
- Great communication skills in English & Mandarin
- Able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
