Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm | Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: Up to $3,600/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical asset sighting exercises across various facilities and locations.
- Verify and update asset details, including tags, serial numbers, and locations.
- Maintain accurate records in the Asset Management System using RFID readers.
- Document discrepancies between physical assets and system records.
- Assist in reconciling data and resolving inconsistencies.
- Prepare progress reports on asset sighting activities.
- Support the asset management team in maintaining proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to work.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to conduct asset sighting across multiple locations.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles (preferred).
