We are looking for a Chef De Partie (Waterfall) to join our team
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the Waterfall kitchen, specializing in Italian cuisine
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, complying with local health regulations
Conduct regular taste tests and plate presentations to ensure consistency and quality
Monitor inventory and ensure availability of ingredients for daily operations
Assist in controlling food costs and minimizing waste through proper portioning and storage
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification from a recognized institution
Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
