Responsibilities:

  • Execution of day to day operations and management of e-commerce platform.
  • Preparation of product listings for livestreams
  • Oversee order processing and fulfilment
  • Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping and returns & refunds.
  • Handle returns, exchanges and refund requests in accordance with company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities and area for improvement.

Qualifications/Requirement:

  • Familiarity with platforms like Tiktok Live, Facebook Live, and others
  • Understanding of cameras, microphones, lighting, and other equipment used in live streaming.
  • Proficiency in using streaming software like Tiktok Live, Jambo System, Meta Business etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication,Marketing or related field. Or, proven with at least 1 year experience in customer service or experience in managing live streams or related roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin to interact with the audience and manage chat effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected issues during live streams especially when dealing with technical difficulties or difficult viewers.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as monitoring chat, managing technical aspects, and interacting with the host.
