**Responsibilities**:
- To perform data entry works
- Entering daily collection of fees, suppliers' invoices, bank reconciliation and prepare payment vouchers in accounting software systems
- Type in data quickly, precisely and efficiently
- Printing, photocopying, faxing and scanning
- Sorting, folding and mailing
- Record register mail
- Filling and archiving of documents
- Organizing and distributing mail among departments
- Manning the front desk
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls to various departments if necessary.
- Support the maintenance for office facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of office equipment when required
- Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of duties as assigned
- Provide general administration support
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- At least 1 year working experience
- Good knowledge in computer skill such MS Office
- Some accounts background/experience will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
- Hardworking and responsible team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time
- Notice period/Intended start date
- Last drawn and/or current salary
- Expected salary
- Reasons for leaving current and/or last employment
Pay: $1, $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
