Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team at Naigai Nitto Singapore Pte Ltd, based in the Toh Guan West Region. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and organised operation of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming goods and materials
• Carefully storing and organising inventory in designated storage areas
• Fulfilling orders by locating, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in a timely manner
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment
• Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Supporting the team in other warehouse-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to drive forklift (with license) and reach truck will be an added advantage
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, even under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task completion
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems and other relevant technology
• Must be able to lift heavy cargoes appx.25kg
• Ability to Work 5.5 days work week .Mon-Fri:08.30am-5.30pm, Sat:08.30am-12.30pm
