Warehouse Packer: ⁠Pick, pack, label, cycle count
A warehouse packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment in a warehouse setting. Their primary duties include selecting items from inventory, inspecting them for damage or defects, and securely packing them according to company guidelines. They label packages accurately and ensure all orders match shipping documentation. Attention to detail and efficiency are crucial, as packers must meet daily quotas while maintaining quality standards. They often work with packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and pallets, and may use hand-held scanners or computers to track inventory.
