Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Room Attendant at Paradox Singapore. The role will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guestrooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard within the required timeframe.
  • Greet guests and respond to queries. Seek superior's assistance for unresolved guest's request or complaint.
  • Changing bed linen and making beds.
  • Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
  • Sweeping, mopping floors, and vacuuming carpets.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture.
  • Empty trash containers and ashtrays.
  • Change towels, make beds and clean bathrooms.
  • Update status of guestrooms on assignment sheet.
  • Return and restock cleaning cart at shift end.
  • Always keep hallways clean and unobstructed.
  • Report to Superior when stocks reach minimum and defects for ordering purposes.
  • Utilize the internal system to receive and complete tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • To attend any meetings requested or training courses where necessary.
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
