Associate/Senior Associate – Structured Credit

Kredivo Group is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate – Structured Credit candidate to be part of the Singapore team managing and driving debt transaction structuring, lender relationship, and portfolio performance. The candidate will report to the SVP of Capital Markets and will have the opportunity to work very closely with Senior Management in Singapore and Jakarta as well as a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders. The candidate will be a key member of the team and contribute to the ongoing management and growth of Kredivo's consumer financing loan book across Indonesia and other Southeast Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the team in the origination / refinancing of structured debt facility transactions across the full transaction cycle, notably during due diligence, negotiation, structuring, and legal documentation phases
  2. Support the team in the on-going capital planning and portfolio performance / covenant monitoring front and provide actionable input in a constantly changing environment
  3. Help manage the day-to-day of lender relationships, consisting of renowned and sophisticated international lenders
  4. Handle BAU including updating pitch decks, producing reports for lenders, and financial modelling, both on a regular and ad hoc basis
  5. Conduct and deliver concise market research, including analysis of industry trends and regulatory developments across Southeast Asia
  6. Provide support on the international business expansion front if/as needed across Southeast Asia

Requirements for the role

  1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or other quantitively focused fields of study
  2. Min. 2 years working experience focused on debt, in a structured finance, debt advisory, credit risk management, or private debt environment alongside (ideally) client-facing exposure
  3. The ideal candidate will have a good combination of risk, analytics, and commercial acumen, in addition to proficiency in handling presentation decks and financial models
  4. Legal & tax exposure in structuring transactions will be a great plus
  5. Tangible track record in meeting deadlines and in delivering results under pressure when needed while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  6. Highly motivated, accountable, and curious team player who is able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment that requires a significant growth mindset to excel
