Job Scope

  • Manage the planning, coordination and execution of civil and structural engineering projects from inception to completion
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
  • Collaborate with the design team to review and approve technical drawings and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, safety standards and quality control measures
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the civil/structural engineering industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Having experience in LTA projects is a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of civil and structural engineering principles
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of relevant building regulations and safety standards
