We are seeking an experienced Head of Data Science/Machine Learning to lead our clients data science and machine learning efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data science strategy to drive business outcomes
  • Lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to design, develop, and deploy models and algorithms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics for the data science team
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying successful data-driven solutions
  • Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes
