Role Overview:

We're looking for a TikTok Assistant to help us grow our TikTok presence and support live-stream operations. This role is based in Singapore and follows a night shift schedule, depending on the creators' live-stream timing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage TikTok Live-stream sessions
  • Assist in filming and editing short videos
  • Help run daily social media postings and interactions
  • Follow TikTok trends and suggest creative content ideas
  • Work closely with content creators to prepare for and manage live-stream sessions

Working Hours:

  • 8-hour, 6 Days (exact timing depends on Livestreamer/creator's schedule)
  • For example, if the livestream starts at 7 PM, you will report at 5 PM and finish at 1 AM

Requirements:

  • Prefer 30's and below (As you need to do Nigt Shift Job)
  • Comfortable working Night Shifts and Weekend

  • Familiar with TikTok or other social platforms (Acceptable Entry Level)

  • Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
