AVP / Senior Associate, Strategic Business Planning Specialist - Branch Banking, Consumer Banking Group

Job Purpose: Our team is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business outcomes, which includes identifying market opportunities and customer value propositions by customer segments, as well as developing a customer-centric central engagement model.

The team will work with various product teams to grow the income and profitability of the DBS/POSB Retail & Treasures customer segment by leveraging Customer Insights and Data-Driven Marketing.1. Implement improvements and initiatives relating to customer journey and employee journey2. Support team initiatives which contribute to Branch Banking strategic initiatives with domain knowledge and in branch process expertise3. Ensure operational risk review activities are completed in a timely and appropriately mannerResponsibilities: * Oversee the execution of administrative support and risk review activities within branches* Align to the team goals of reducing demand and improving operational efficiency* Actively engage with both customer and employee journeys, ensuring smooth implementation of change management, and fostering adoption through clear communication and monitoring* Support customer experience and staff engagement initiatives* Identify and suggest new opportunities to reduce arrivals in a measurable way, leveraging domain knowledge/expertiseRequirements* Degree/Diploma Holder in Business, Engineering or IT preferably with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.* Possess a sound knowledge of the Bank?s products & services.* Familiar with customer metrics in branch* Understanding design thinking is a plus* Good organisational and analytical/problem solving skills* Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skills* Creative and has an eye for beauty/simplicity
