We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie (Pastry) to join our culinary team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of delectable pastries and desserts that delight our guests.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and execute a variety of pastry items in adherence to our high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new and innovative dessert offerings.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, following safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Supervise and guide junior pastry chefs in their daily tasks.

Talent Profile:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Professional Certificate in Pastry, Culinary, or relevant.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen operation.
  • Responsible, hardworking and is willing to learn.
  • Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude.
